In a very specific case scenario, you may see your synchronized bookings in Google Calendar twice.
Now rest assured, this is not a bug, everything is working just fine.
2-way calendar sync going wrong
In Wappointment you can connect your Google account to allow new bookings to be automatically synchronized to your Google Calendar. That’s a great feature that most our users enjoy for free.
Now sometimes we get that request on support because they don’t understand why when they book the event appears twice in Google Calendar.
It’s strange, but it’s actually a non issue this issue occurs only when you are using the same Gmail address as a client and as the Staff delivering the service, so one event is for you as a service provider and the other is for you as client of that service.
No need to explain further! This situation should only happen when you are first setting up your booking plugin within WordPress and running some tests.
