a/Essential Cookies

For example, if you create or log in to your Wappointment.com account through another service (like Google, Zoom, Facebook, etc…) , we’ll receive information from that service (e.g., your username, basic profile information) via the authorization procedures for that service.
We use the information that you authorize when you first connect or give permission from your account screen, for instance if you allow it we may read information from your personal calendar to provide you with a 2-way sync of your appointments.
You can modify what you authorize us to do at any time from your account page and revoke the access you have initially granted us.
In most case you can directly modify what you authorize us to do directly from each concerned service provider’s website (Google, Zoom, Facebook, etc…) within your accounts settings.
3. Who we share your data with Third Party Providers:
We may share your information with third party providers that provide services on our behalf HotJar, Google Analytics, Stripe. These companies may assist with analytics, processing credit card payments. Third party providers may only process personal information in compliance with Privacy Policy and other applicable regulations.
4. How long we retain your data
For users that register on our website or contact us through our contact form, we store the personal information they provide indefinitelly. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information by sending us a request.
5. What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have contacted us, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
