If you provide a member area for your clients, you can create a page that will display all of the upcoming and past appointments, so that your client can easily remember and eventually cancel, reschedule or access the video meeting of your appointment from that section.
Insert the shortcode
You can add that shortcode below in a page or post of your choosing:
